Development of an expert machining system and a new industrial site for SOF

DIAM group takes over the company and name changed to ULTRA DIAM
2008
Taken over by a German group and company called ULTRA NOVA
2014
Taken over byMAGICUT and the company is called MAGICUT ULTRA TOOLS
2016
The machinery move to India at Daman and new factory called ULTRA TOOLS
2017
ULTRA TOOLS SAS established in Paris, France
2018
ULTRA TOOLS receives ISO 9001 certification from TUV
